The Upcoming "Justice League #12" scheduled to come out on August 29th, Has two of DC comics' biggest heroes as an "item"
When DC Comics rebooted its entire line of superhero titles last year, the publisher did away with Superman’s marriage to Lois Lane to pave the way for a new romance. Without further ado, EW can exclusively reveal that Superman’s new partner in love is no mere mortal, but a superhero icon in her own right: None other than Wonder Woman. herself. Their next level relationship begins in the pages of Justice League #12
Superman and Wonder Woman have flirted with each other for years, even kissing once in a 1989 issue of Action Comics. Those events usually took place in alternate realities, but DC says that the latest issue will be "the new status quo," implying that the couple will be together or a while and this will impact all the heroes and villains in the DC universe.
"Justice League" No 12 is written by Geoff Johns and illustrated by Jim Lee.
