Fan Film Corner: Batman: Nightwing

For this week's selection of Fan Film Corner, we watch and review "Batman: Nightwing"

LOWDOWN:
Robin (Dick Grayson) must face off against another former Robin, Jason Todd, who now goes by the name Red Hood after an unfortunate incident involving The Joker.

REVIEW:
Found this fan film flick showing The Dark Knight's first two apprentices: Dick Grayson and Jason Todd (consider to be one of Batman's Greatest Failures) in all out brawl...well what appears to be. The Film starts of pretty impressive with Nightwing (Grayson) patrolling the streets while also checking out a area. I love the way they included Oracle with it as well (impressed mostly if your a batman fanatic). The Red Hood (Todd) costume was a bit Goofy, the helmet was terrible...I seen better costumes at Conventions for god sakes. The action was a bit tad with the Action looking pretty decent but entertaining nonetheless.

Really Cool Film with awesome effects and great costumes. The fight scenes were a little slow with the delivery but overall a good effort.

Note from Cast and Crew:
In honor of The Dark Knight Rises coming out, we decided to make a short film based on one of my personal favorite DC/ Batman characters; Batmans old sidekick, “Nightwing”.

We were really inspired by Christopher Nolans world as well as the amazing game “Batman Arkham City”, so hopefully that’ll show through.

We had a lot of fun making it even though we only had a few hundred bucks as a budget and not a whole lot of time to put it together! We would love to revisit it again someday!
