Weather or not this is a fluke is yet to be known. All is known is that the PDF is still live on the GAMESCOM website... unedited or altered in any way. Also, GAMESCON hasn't responded to the many inquiries sent about the possible mishap. We'll keep an eye out if that changes in the coming hours.
