Movie Review: Men In Black 3

Its been almost 15 years since the first Men in Black and now with the Summer Movie Season in FULL Swing, Will Smith and Director Barry Sonnefield brings us Men in Black 3.

Lowdown: Agent J travels in time to MIB's early years in the 1960s, to stop an alien from assassinating his friend Agent K and changing history.

Review: I have to say that this installment in the MIB series is far better then the second one but not as good as the original. The third installment in the MIB franchise proves to be a very surprising hit. The entertainment value is very high, with a solid story and a fun cast featuring Emma Thompson and Alice Eve both playing Agent O respectfully. Will Smith is as good as ever and Josh Brolin's impersonation of a young 1969's Tommy Lee Jones is so good and believable its worth the ticket alone. However, the unsung hero Griffin played by Michael Stuhlbarg steals every scene and adds new a whole new depth in the story.

Overall: Josh Brolin's performance is the best reason to see the film. He alone deserves an award for his portrayal of a younger Tommy Lee Jones in the film and has a great on-screen chemistry with Will Smith. Josh Brolin STEALS the film. And finally this film, in my opinion, was wayy better than the second film, but the original will always be the best by far.....unless there's a MIB 4 and we'll just have to see.
